Caught in the act of getting mentally prepared for this set. Like in anything in life, your mentality determines the outcome of a situation. Getting ready to lift a set is very similar for me mentally prepping before a listing appointment, or a cold call. Repetition builds strength and mental toughness. Take it one rep at a time and you'll push yourself farther than you knew you were capable of. 📸: @mattjkomo
What do you see when you look at a residential or commercial building site??
Most of the time neighbors become frustrated when they see a construction site forming in the neighborhood. While the noise and eye sore can understandably cause this frustration in the short term, many people fail to see the long term benefits of a project like the one behind me.
Once the construction is finished and the home sells, surrounding homes in the neighborhood increase in purchasing price, ultimately creating more equity for you the homeowner. Developers provide a necessary service to the community and help strengthen local economies.
Ground up development (residential and commercial) has always been a long term goal of mine. While I have not quite reached the development level in my real estate journey, I see myself there sooner rather than later. #KTBrealty
